About Textured Vegetable Protein - Plain Mince (TVP)

Our TVP mince or soya mince as it is also referred to, is made purely from soya beans and makes life that little bit easier for vegans that may struggle to consume enough protein in their day-to-day diet. Think burritos, spaghetti bolognese, lasagne, chilli con carne or even homemade vegan burgers - our mince is perfect for all kinds of meals where meat needs to be substituted and it's healthier too! We also do an organic option for TVP.

Cooking Instructions
1. Soak for 10-15 minutes until the mince is rehydrated before adding to dish. 2. For dishes with more liquid (bolognaise, curries etc), there is no need to pre-soak. The mince will rehydrate as it cooks.
