It’s officially ‘That time of the year!’ and pumpkin spiced everything is popping up everywhere.

Start your morning right with a warm, comforting bowl of spiced pumpkin oats. Top with your favourite toppings - we recommend nut butter, banana and cacao nibs for the ultimate breakfast!

Method
  • 1.

    Add oats to a medium pan and add the pumpkin spice and mix through

  • 2.

    Heat over a medium heat and add the pumpkin puree and stir through to combine

  • 3.

    Add the coconut milk and stir continuously until everything is combined

  • 4.

    Once the oats have soaked up most of the coconut milk, reduce to a low heat and continue to stir (add more milk if you like it creamy)

  • 5.

    Once your porridge is smooth and cooked through transfer to bowls and top with sliced banana, flaked almonds, nut butter and cacao nibs and enjoy!
