Easy to make vegan pumpkin pie for the Thanksgiving/Winter season or just for an indulgent treat! Either use shop-bought crust or create your own.

    Par-bake your crust according to instructions on the pack or recipe followed. This will usually be around 10-15 minutes. Or make your own!

  • 2.

    Whisk all the filling ingredients together thoroughly and pour into the crust.

  • 3.

    Bake for 40mins on 180C.

  • 4.

    Once cooked, let the pie cool completely before putting in the fridge overnight. Serve chilled.
