Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

In three separate bowls mix the ingredients for each flavour combination, making sure all cashew nuts are completely covered in the mixture

Scatter each flavour on a baking tray and place in the oven for 5 minutes

4.
Shimmy the cashews around and return to oven for further 5 minutes until golden

5.
Enjoy warm or store in jars for the perfect snack.
Ingredients
- For the Dusted Cacao Cashews :
- 60g Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Light tahini of choice
- 1 desert spoon Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Date sugar (organic)
- For the Smoked Paprika :
- 60g Cashew nuts (whole)
- 1 tbsp Light tahini
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Nutritional yeast
- For the Sweet Rosemary: :
- 60g Raw Cashews
- 1 tbsp Light tahini
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Date sugar (organic or non organic)
