Introducing a gorgeous sweet hummus recipe by Ags from Eat & Bloom! Yes, it works! It’s a beautiful combination of chickpeas, dates, and cinnamon and it really does taste amazing!

What a winner!

Note: If you do not want to use vegan Nutella, replace it with adding 1 tbsp raw cacao + extra 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp of maple syrup. You most likely will need extra water to thin it out.

Method
  • 1.

    Soak the dates in hot water for around 10 minutes (the longer the better!). Once, soaked, whizz them up into a date paste in a food processor or blender.

  • 2.

    Once the paste is smooth, add the chickpeas and all the other ingredients. Blend until smooth.

  • 3.

    Taste and adjust according to your preferences. Add more water if it needs thinning out.

  • 4.

    Enjoy!
