
Spiced Chocolate & Orange Tart

A delicious and warming chocolate and orange tart that is completely vegan, gluten and grain free.
This recipe uses healthy ingredients and created a wonderful dessert for a dinner party.

In a high speed blender, pulse your nuts to be roughly chopped then add the rest of the crust ingredients and blend to a smooth dough is formed

Press the mixture into a tart case and chill i n the fridge

In the meantime, melt the chocolate and then gradually whisk in the coconut yoghurt until smooth, thick and glossy

Remove the base from the fridge and pour in the filling ingredients, spoon to fill evenly.

Sprinkle with hazelnuts and place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to set

Serve with fresh clementines and drizzle with melted chocolate.

- For the crust :
- 1/4 cup Hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Pecans
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 cup Medjool dates
- 1.5 tbsp Melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh orange juice
- 1 cup Gluten free oats
- For the filling :
- 170g Dark chocolate
- 1.5 tbsp Coconut yoghurt
- For decoration :
- Handul Chopped hazelnuts
- A few slices of Clementines
- Drizzle of Melted dark chocolate
