Reinvent the absolute classic (and many would say best) use of Brazil nuts. Delicious, really easy to make and super-healthy too!

  • 1.

    Carefully measure out your ingredients. Be sure to gently melt your coconut oil (anywhere above 24 degrees will do) before measuring. Melt the cacao butter/coconut oil in a saucepan before adding all the rest of the ingredients.

    Stir or whisk it all up thoroughly. Please bear in mind that cacao butter will totally re-solidify at room temperature, but coconut oil will need to be kept in the fridge to keep it solid. If you fancy using a 50/50 mix of the two, fridge storage is still strongly advised.

  • 3.

    Roll or dip the organic Brazil nuts in your new, delicious and decadent chocolate solution!

  • 4.

    Lay out your chocolate Brazil nuts on a tray, with foil if preferred.

  • 5.

    Place on a completely flat area in the fridge for at least 40 minutes. This will allow the chocolate coating to set fully.

  • 6.

    Return, retrieve, dig in and enjoy!
