Delicious turmeric infused tar and share flatbreads - perfect to accompany a curry dish for a weekend fake away!

Alternatively you can top with tomato puree, vegan cheese and your favourite toppings for a yummy pizza!

Made using wheat free flours, these flatbreads a light and filling and perfect for vegan and paleo diets.

Note: This recipe is in cup measurements, 1 cup = 128g

  • 1.

    In a large mixing bowl, add all of the dry ingredients and combine well

  • 2.

    Add the coconut cream (or canned coconut milk) to the bowl and combine until smooth

  • 3.

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low to medium heat (if using a regular frying pan, use a little coconut oil to prevent sticking)

  • 4.

    Ladle the mixture into the centre of the pan and tilt the pan around to spread the mixture

  • 5.

    Cook each side for a few minutes until lightly browned

  • 6.

    Repeat until all of the mixture has been used up and leave to cool on a rack or paper towel

  • 7.

    Serve immediately of store in the fridge or freeze for later

  • 8.
