Delicious bite-size mini Christmas puddings - perfect for a festive treat if you a hosting a gathering of friends and family.

Easy to make, these Christmas puddings are vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free! Great for any guests you may have this Christmas with allergies.

  • 1.

    Soak the dates in boiling water for 10-20 minutes to soften

  • 2.

    Drain the dates and add to food processor along with the nuts/seeds (or both), candied peel and dried cranberries and pulse until broken down

  • 3.

    Add the oats, mixed spice, coconut oil and honey/maple syrup and pulse again until combined

  • 4.

    Divide the mixture into 10-12 small balls and roll with your hands

  • 5.

    Place on a lined tray and pop in the fridge for around 30 minutes

  • 6.

    In the meantime, melt some dark chocolate with coconut oil

  • 7.

    Remove balls from the fridge and dip in the chocolate mixture to coat in chocolate

  • 8.

    Place on the tray and back in the fridge for 10-15 minutes

  • 9.

    Remove from the fridge and decorate with dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds, slightly adding pressure to ensure they stick to the chocolate

  • 10.

    Return to the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes to set

  • 11.

    Remove, spray with edible glitter and serve to your guests!
