WHy can't pancakes be considered heatlhy?

These super quick and easy healthy pancakes are so fluffy and delicious that you will want them everyday!

Method
  • 1.

    Add the apple cider vinegar to the almond milk and set aside for 5 minutes

  • 2.

    After 5 minutes, add all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz up (you may have to scrape sides down once or twice)

  • 3.

    Rest for 5 minutes

  • 4.

    Heat a non stick frying pan, no oil needed. (if pan isn't non-stick then add a little oil or vegan butter to the pan)

  • 5.

    Pour small amounts of the mixture into the pan at a time (roughly 1/3 cup) and cook for 1-2 minutes until it starts to lightly bubble

  • 6.

    Flip and repeat on the other side

  • 7.

    Continue until all of the mixture has been used (Tip: keep warm in an oven on a very low heat until all of the pancakes are made)

  • 8.

    Top with fresh fruit and enjoy
