Healthy Sutra has created us a delicious granola perfect for the weekend.

Packed full of healthy wholesome ingredients this will certainly be a hit with the whole family - but it's so good that it won't last long!

Method
  • 1.

    In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients together and mix well with your hands to coat everything in raw honey

  • 2.

    Add coconut sugar

  • 3.

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pour all of the ingredients on spreading evenly

  • 4.

    Pop in the oven for around 20 minutes

  • 5.

    Using a fork move the contents around in the tray to prevent burning

  • 6.

    Bake for a further 20 minutes

  • 7.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool - this will enhance the crunch

  • 8.

    Store in an air tight container for up to a week (if it lasts that long)

  • 9.

    Enjoy!
