Method

    With a high speed blender whizz up the frozen bananas, soy milk and chlorella

  • 2.

    Pour into a bowl (this should be a thick consistency)

  • 3.

    Top with shelled hemp seeds (hemp hearts) and a handful of mixed fresh berries
