Who doesn't love a gooey chocolate brownie? These chocolate and cherry brownies are a really luxurious and indulgent treat and are ready in 20 minutes start to finish!

  • 1.

    In a bowl, add the butter, caster sugar and mix

  • 2.

    Slowly add in the beaten eggs

  • 3.

    Mix in the flour and chocolate powders into the wet mixture and beat until combined

  • 4.

    Add in chocolate flakes, chopped milk chocolate and chopped black cherries

  • 5.

    Line a small tin (6x6) with parchment paper and pour in the mixture

  • 6.

    Bake for 10 minutes until cooked through but hot and gooey in the middle

  • 7.

    Serve immediately with ice cream or let cool down until fudge-y in the middle.
