These delicious lentil burgers are perfect on a bed of salad or serve with sweet potato wedges and smashed avocado for a tasty dinner.

Try them on their own too for a protein packed snack for those with an active and healthy lifestyle.

    Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl

  • 2.

    Gradually add to a food processor bit by bit to form a paste consistency

  • 3.

    Divide the mixture using a 1/4 cup measurement and use your hands to form burger patties

  • 4.

    Heat coconut oil in a pan and cook the burgers for 2-3 minutes on each side

  • 5.

    Once cooked they will appear golden brown

  • 6.

    Serve on a bed of salad or vegetables and serve with pesto
