Biscotti is the perfect biscuit served with tea and coffee. These delicious goji berry and carob biscotti biscuits are rich and chocolate-y and will be enjoyed by all the family!

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 170C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

  • 2.

    In a mixing bowl, add the flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, carob powder, Ceylon cinnamon and baking powder and combine

  • 3.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract

  • 4.

    Combine the two bowls and fold in the goji berries and chocolate chips

  • 5.

    Shape the whole thing into a log shape and place on the tray.

  • 6.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until firmed up then allow to cool or 10 minutes

  • 7.

    Cut into 8-10 slices

  • 8.

    Arrange these slices cut side up onto the baking sheet and bake for a further 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool completely.

  • 9.

    Drizzle with melted dark chocolate then enjoy!
