This homemade festive granola packs all the Christmas flavours in one bowl: orange, cranberries, cinnamon, ginger, hazelnut and cocoa nibs!

You can even present it in small jars for festive hampers and gifts for loved ones.

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven at 180ºC/Fan 160ºC/ 350ºF/gas 4

  • 2.

    In a large mixing bowl add the oat flour, oats, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, hazelnuts, vanilla extract, orange zest, sunflower seeds, salt and melted coconut oil and combine well

  • 3.

    Line a baking tray or lightly spray with oil to prevent sticking

  • 4.

    Pour the granola onto the baking tray and spread out evenly

  • 5.

    Bake for around 15 minutes, check and move the granola around and repeat until the right amount of crunch is achieved

  • 6.

    Once done, leave in the oven to dry out a little for around 2 hours

  • 7.

    Then add the dried fruit and cocoa nibs and mix through

  • 8.

    Add to airtight containers and enjoy.
