Kick start your day with a super easy green smoothie packed full of delicious goodness!

It couldn't be easy - simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth and creamy.

You could even use spinach powder if you don't have enough spinach for the recipe - the choice is up to you!

  • 1.

    Place a couple of handfuls of spinach into a blender along with the frozen banana and cucumber

  • 2.

    Add the milk and water and whizz for 30 seconds

  • 3.

    Add the aloe vera, flaxseed, spirulina powder and shelled hemp seeds and whizz for 2 minutes until smooth

  • 4.

    Transfer to a tall glass if needed (depending on your type of blender) or pop the lid on

  • 5.

    Best enjoyed cold. The frozen banana makes the smoothie cold but feel free to add extra ice if preferred.

  • 6.

    To make it super creamy with a boost of good fats simply add avocado into the recipe!
