  • 1.

    Whisk together milk, eggs and the Ceylon cinnamon powder together and mix in the raw honey.

  • 2.

    Cut bread into 1 inch thick slices (or into soldiers)

  • 3.

    Chop up the macadamia nuts and crush the bran flakes and mix together well

  • 4.

    Soak the bread into the egg mixture and coat with the bran flakes and macadamia nut mix

  • 5.

    Heat butter in a pan on medium heat and cook the french toast one at a time for 3-4 minutes each side

  • 6.

    Serve 3 slices per person and drizzle with raw honey and fresh fruit.
