Method

Soak the cashew nuts for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

Drain and rinse until the water runs clear.

Combine with water and blend until very smooth. Optional ingredients: add salt, dates or any other flavouring to taste.

Strain through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth or any fine mesh material.

Voila! Cashew nut milk!
