These tasy cinnamon and carob energy bits with give you a boost of energy and will satisfy a sweet craving come mid morning or afternoon!

Method
  • 1.

    Place the cashews in a high speed food processor and blitz until they become tiny pieces (blitz for longer for a smoother energy ball)

  • 2.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend to form a dough

  • 3.

    Take small handfuls of the mixture at a time and roll into small balls

  • 4.

    Repeat until all of the mixture has been used

  • 5.

    Store in an airtight container for up to a week (if they last that long!)
