We all love a good energy ball but some of us can't handle the amount of fibre that is present in dates. That's why Jaz has made this delightful recipe for us and it is completely date free! 

These beetroot and cashew bliss balls are the perfect snack or healthy treat when you feel the need for an energy boost!

Method
  • 1.

    Combine all of the dry ingredients into a food processor and blend until it resembles a fine crumble mixture

  • 2.

    Gradually add in the wet ingredients and blend again until it forms a sticky mixture (add a little water if it isn't coming together)

  • 3.

    Once combined, separate into around 20 different pieces and roll to create balls using your hands

  • 4.

    Immediately place in the fridge or freezer to set for around 30 minutes

  • 5.

    Store in an air-tight container and keep in the fridge or freezer

  • 6.

    Note: will keep in the fridge for around two weeks and in the freezer around one month.
