This buckwheat porridge is so easy to make! Once cooked, simply add your favourite spices and toppings :)

    In a small saucepan, bring the water/milk and buckwheat to a boil, then simmer covered for 10 minutes.

  • 2.

    Turn the heat off but keep the lid on for 5 minutes.

  • 3.

    Add all your favourite ingredients: extra milk, fresh or dried fruit, natural sweetener such as raw honey, spices and nuts.
