Our organic coconut milk is made from the meat of mature Sri Lankan coconuts. The milk is extracted from the freshly grated flesh and blended with water to create a luxurious, velvet-y smooth coconut milk which is 100% natural and organic.
This rich and creamy coconut milk is an easy substitute for dairy and gives many people with a vegan diet or food allergy a chance to enjoy an alternative to milk or cream. It can be used to make creamy curries, soups, desserts and many other dishes.

Please note: As this is a natural, organic product without any artificial stabilisers or additives, the coconut fat and water content can separate. This has no impact on the final quality of the product - simply shake the can or blend/mix the contents to recombine.

The percentage of the coconut extract varies from season to season, so in some cases you might need more extract (up to 75%) and some less (as low as 50%) so the value we focus more on the fat percentage – which will always be 18%.
