How to consume
There are a number of ways that apple cider vinegar can be consumed., whether in sweet or savoury recipes or on its own with a little water.
We suggest 10ml to 15ml at a time diluted with a little water, cordial or fruit juice to help tone down the vinegar-y flavour. This is best taken first thing in the morning and can be taken up to 3 times daily.
