About No Egg - Egg Replacer (Orgran) 200g
Organ egg replacer is a fantastic egg substitute when it comes to baking. It has no cholesterol, lactose, egg or derivatives and is low in fat. It’s easy to use, simply mix with water to replace the egg in a recipe:
- To replace 1 whole egg - Mix 1 teaspoon (3g) egg replacer with 2 tablespoon (30ml) water
- To replace 1 egg white - Mix 1 teaspoon (3g) egg replacer with 1 tablespoon (15ml) water
- To replace 1 egg yolk - Mix 1 teaspoon (3g) egg replacer with ½ teaspoon (7.5ml) water
