PLEASE NOTE: We are unfortunately temporarily suspending International orders from 14th Dec - early 2021. This is so that we can ensure we are prepared for any changes due to Brexit appropriately. We apologise for this change but we will have our International service up and running as soon as possible.

Ireland:

European Postal Service (from 5-21 working days)

European Parcel Service (up to 7 working days)
£11.85 per 25kg weight

France:

Denmark:

Free shipping on orders is currently available for over £200 to France and Denmark and over £100 to Ireland (including VAT). Other countries are being reviewed.


Danish Customers Please Note: Due to Danish legislation, we now have to add the standard 25% tax rate onto our products for any Danish customers. These prices will show with the extra tax if you are logged in with a Danish address or once you enter Denmark into the address field or to get a quote on the shopping basket or checkout page.

We are afraid we cannot send orders to New Zealand, USA, Canada and Australia due to customs restrictions on food entering the country.

Please note for International orders all excise duty tax must be paid by the customer.

 

Returns (European and International Orders)

Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. Our products are only categorised as 'short-dated' once the expiry date is under 3 months. We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than 3 months at the time of purchase. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Any customers wanting to return products from outside of the UK have to arrange and pay for this delivery themselves.
