About Dried Vegetables Mixed

Our dried mixed vegetables are great for adding to recipes such as soups, pies and casseroles. They are easy to prepare and can be added to almost anything.

To prepare:

1. Cover vegetables with cold water and soak 30-90 minutes
2. Alternatively, cover with boiling water and soak for 20-60 minutes. 
3. After soaking, simmer until tender.
4. Add to your recipes

Everybody loves my soups made with these veg.

I add these dried vegetables to my soupmaker with frozen mixed vegetables and stock pots.
My friends love these soups and say the flavour is awesome.
I have never pre-soak the vegetables as recommend they always come out perfectly. These vegetables are so tasty and easy to use.
