Delivery Terms and Conditions


We will always do our utmost to get any orders placed before Christmas despatched in time for Christmas Day. We will be sending out orders up until Friday 21st Dec to make sure all orders are received as early as possible. However, to be sure you get your order in time please refer to our guidelines below to ensure that you have chosen the relevant shipping option.

Standard FREE Delivery - Fri 14th Dec 3pm (recommended to receive before Christmas Day)
International - Mon 10th Dec 3pm (please bear in mind that some countries can take up to 3 weeks so we still cannot guarantee this will arrive before Christmas Day)

Has your order been delivered late?

If your order has been delivered late you can be entitled to a refund on these costs. Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Parcelforce 48 are not guaranteed services and will only be refunded if the time delay is unreasonable.

Guaranteed next day services (Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24, and any other special timed services) are always entitled to a full refund on the postage no questions asked. Please note all orders for a next day service need to be placed before 3pm to ensure delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, then a refund will be issued for the full order provided the order is not accepted on delivery.

Buy Whole Foods Online Ltd can not be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is to fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advanced.

Orders to the UK mainland only:

Orders over £30 are shipped free of charge (excluding VAT applicable on any products). Our free delivery service will normally take up to 5 working days to arrive.

Orders under £30 are charged according to which option has been selected:

  • Royal Mail Standard Tracked: Flat fee of £2.99. Maximum weight allowed is 2.75kg. Orders will normally take between 3 and 6 working days to arrive.
  • Royal Mail Next Day Tracked: Flat fee of £3.99. Maximum weight allowed is 2.75kg. Orders will normally take between 2 and 3 working days to arrive.
  • DHL Next Working Day: Flat fee of £6.99 per 27kg. No weight restrictions.  Orders will normally take between 1 and 2 working days to arrive.

Orders to the UK Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other Islands:

Returns Information (UK customers):

Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. Our products are only categorised as 'short-dated' once the expiry date is under 3 months. We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than 3 months at the time of purchase. If your goods need to be returned for repair after 30 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any postage costs incurred. In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We can offer a returns service at our discretion for £3.99 for non faulty goods; the customer will need to include the order number and reason for return with any item.
