Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are a fantastic food to include in your diet. They're highly flexible too: you can sprout or soak them, turn them into a gel or spread and scatter them onto your favourite food. That aside, simply snack on these gems daily for that all-important nutritional boost!

The safety of Chia seeds when used in bread at a maximum of 5% has been confirmed by the EFSA in its opinion adopted on March 13, 2009 (EFSA, 2009). It also is a source of antioxidants and a variety of amino acids.
