Cooking Instructions
Microwave in 2 Minutes: For best results, microwave Cauli Rice in an uncovered bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 1000 watts (less if your microwave is more powerful). Season and serve like rice. Stir-Fry in 2 Minutes: Fry the Cauli Rice in a non-stick pan, over a medium heat. There’s no need for oil. Stir gently, until heated through. Season and serve like rice. Great in Salads Too: Cauli Rice needs no cooking. Use it straight from the pouch. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander. Season and dress with lemon juice.
