About Beetroot Powder

Beetroot powder is very versatile. It can add both colour and flavour to any dish it is combined with. It is made from the whole root of the vegetable therefore has the same earthy taste of beetroot and retains all of the fibre, vitamins and minerals. 

Beetroot powder provides a pink colour to food, making it a brilliant alternative to food colouring in dishes such as Tandoori or Red Velvet chocolate cake. Not only that, it is naturally sweet which makes it the perfect addition to smoothies for a pop of colour, nutrients and sweetness. Although, please note that is is not as sweet as beetrooot juice powder. This is made from the whole root vegetable where as beetroot juice powder is made from the juice of the vegetable only.

Can train harder and longer due to nitrate content optimizing oxygen in the bloodstream.If you lift weights or do endurance sports,try 5-10 grams about 2 hrs before as it takes the body time to convert it into nitric oxide.Beets are awesome.Peace.
