Orders to the UK mainland:
Orders over £50 are shipped free of charge (the only exception is if the weight exceeds 25Kg per £50 or order). Orders under £50 are charged according to which option has been selected:
- Royal Mail Economy: Flat fee of £1.00 plus £1.05 per Kilo of weight. Maximum weight allowed is 2kg. Orders will normally take between 3 and 6 days to arrive.
- Royal Mail Standard: Flat fee of £1.20 plus £1.52 per Kilo of weight. Maximum weight allowed is 20kg. Orders will normally take between 2 and 3 days to arrive.
- Royal Mail Track & Trace: Flat fee of £4.99, upto 5kg allowed. Orders will take upto 4 working days.
- Citylink Bag: Flat fee of £6.40, Maximum weight allowed is 10kg. Orders will take upto3 working days.
- Citylink Unlimited Weight: Flat Fee Of £8.40, Unlimited weight. Orders will take upto 3 working days.

Returns Information (UK customers)
Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 7 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If your goods need to be returned for repair after 30 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any postage costs incurred. In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
