Carrot – infused-soya bean Oil (glycine soja daucus carota) We only stock true, infused carrot oil. by infusing common carrot oil into soya carrier oil, it absorbs small amounts of vitamins and beta carotene. beta carotene is now recognised as an anti-oxidant used by the body to fight harmful free radicals. in this carrier oil form, it makes a useful addition in small amounts to blends where the therapeutic properties of beta carotene are needed. use carefully and in dilution as beta carotene does stain. on the skin it is temporary but can be permanent on many surfaces or materials. most carrot oil available is made by using synthetic beta carotene and adding it to a carrier oil which results in an inferior oil to the Meadows infused carrot oil. supplied in non-pvc plastic bottles.
